Sometimes freezing food means you don't need as many preservatives because the freezing process stabilizes it.
Um I think there's really a range of healthfulness, of healthiness in these meals and it depends on a lot of things how much sodium is in them, how much fat, how big the portion size are.
So all of these GOP one friendly ones are on the smaller size of portion and and how
have fewer calories.
Um but yeah, there there's a range of of healthiness and the options that are available.
The larger, kind of um more indulgent meals are not the ones that are being marketed as GLP one friendly.
Yeah, these ones that are being specifically marketed to GLP one users are relatively new.
