But, yeah, I would assume that for, you know, and think that for the most part of the European operation, you know, Toby's going to obviously have a pretty good.

Big say in what's going on over there.

Just with the time changes and them watching games together, I anticipate them interacting probably a lot more, but we will have crossover at meetings or when guys cross over between North America and Europe.

On the headcount piece, I know with Roran running the pro side, there's four other pro scouts within the organization and obviously with Rick.

running the amateur side.

There's another eight scouts underneath him as well.

And then we also have Andy Slaggart who's running the free agency pool as well.

And he's got Ron Anderson under him.

So certainly lots of staff members, but a lot of people doing a lot of good work for the organization right now.

Oh, I think you can only help at the end of the day.

I remember we've had conversations about this two years ago and things really started to change.

I instantly had another 60 to 100 contacts on my phone with trying to understand who's coaching every NCAA Division I team and who's their recruiter, who's their assistant coach.

There was new agents at play.

I mean, there was a whole world of contacts that opened up that, you know, without a real change probably would have never, never happened.

So, and speaking about Andy as well, I mean, our initial conversations that we ever had, I mean, he was an assistant coach at Notre Dame and I was,

the general manager of the Edmonton oil Kings.

And we were talking about players and who's committed boo.

Like he was talking to me about some of our players and you know, 18 months later now we're, we're working together with, with the Edmonton oil, with the Edmonton oilers.

So it's certainly a small world and yeah, looking forward to working with Andy.

I would hope that it's going to help me a lot.
