And we're told to be as skinny as possible.
And we're told to eat super low fat and super low carb and all these things.
But then we are in this mindset where we see like a David protein bar to be healthier than a steak.
Yeah, we're told that all of these synthetic foods, my favorite quote by Michael Pollan is humans, I'm not going to be able to get a word for it, but humans are, he's saying essentially no longer eating foods, we're eating food like some substances.
Yes, dead food, nutrient deficiencies.
And we're terrified of fats and we're terrified of carbs and we're terrified of everything.
But then our body is becoming genuinely malnourished, even though we you know, you might not be stick skinny and yet you're still malnourished because you're not getting the abundance of bioavailable vitamins and nutrients in foods that have naturally come from plants.
You know, in our meats and in our raw dairy and all of these different things that nourish our body.
But now we're terrified of all of them.
And so we're going to Starbucks in the morning, grabbing our coffee and our muffin.
And then we're having this protein bar for lunch that that influencer told us to buy because it has the perfect macros.
And we're having like our little like rabbit salad.
And then for dinner at night, we're having some grains and some lean chicken with no sauce on it or anything because you want to have the perfect macros.
But then there's no nutrients.
Where are the nutrients?
And when I started drinking raw milk and I started eating red meat again and focusing on not just the food itself, but the most quality version of a food.
So I feel like I love to...
give this example to women where when we're looking at food, because we've really demonized every food group we've demonized, you know, milk is inflammatory and this isn't that when we can forget that food is like milk is bad.
Like there's this like good or bad, this black or white.
And it's not so much that any particular food is good or bad, but it's what have humans done to this food that has made it less optimal or more optimal.
