So that's like the first foundation is like, OK, you know, how many nutrient dense foods can we include on a weekly basis?
And most women that I'm working with, when I just set that goal for them, I'll get a text a month later like, hey, I just had a pain free period because most women are just malnourished.
Right.
And so that's like the most low hanging fruit is just like, let's clean up your diet, but not like get it, you know, so clean and perfectly.
Let's get it nutritious.
It's a vital sign.
It's not for the act of like, oh, you know, I need to be ovulating.
It's the fact that ovulation is a sign of whether or not your body is healthy.
So it's not like, oh, my gosh, I need to be making a baby every month.
But if you're not ovulating, it's your body telling you like, hey, we're not feeling good.
Like, I don't feel safe to make a baby.
Yeah, it's beautiful.
It's like gifts that we get every single month.
And, you know, it gets a bad rap because women experience it in these like horrible ways where they were having these, you know,
crazy intense mood swings because they don't understand how their body works and they're not caring for their body and all these things.
And it can be very confusing if you don't understand that you're supposed to go through all these phases.
Then you just see the way that men live, where men have a 24-hour hormone cycle.
They're going through the exact same hormones every single day.
They do and eat and everything the exact same way every single day.
But we're going through this 32-ish day hormone cycle.
