And that is like the Bible for this.
It is amazing.
But anyways.
Basal body temperature is the temperature of your body when you're waking up in the morning and you get an oral thermometer or you have your armband or whatever you need and you take your temperature.
A lot of the devices these days, they're Bluetooth.
So just like connect straight to your phone and like put the temperature into your phone.
Then you have your cervical fluid, which is a lot of women know this is the discharge that you found in your underwear when you were 16 years old and you're like, oh.
my God, I'm going to die because no one tells us what that is.
It's actually a really healthy part of your cycle.
Cervical fluid is what your body creates is like your body's creating a slip and slide for the sperm to easily travel to the egg when the egg is when you're ovulating.
And so you will notice if you start paying attention to your cervical fluid, paying attention to that like creamy or crumbly stuff that you find in your underwear, you know, a few weeks of the month, you'll notice that it will kind of ebb and flow.
You'll get, you know, a lot of cervical fluid and it'll get like really creamy, kind of like you're finding lotion in your pants or you'll get that really egg white.
It really looks like a stretchy raw egg white.
You'll find that.
And your body will produce this for usually the week-ish leading up to ovulation.
And it'll progress.
It'll start kind of dry and crumbly and it'll get creamy.
They call it like the progression of like fertile quality.
The more quote-unquote watery it gets, so the closer it gets from like creamy to then like egg white and like wet –
