But it's essentially so in your female anatomy, you have your uterus and you have your cervix, which is kind of like this little hallway that connects your uterus to your vaginal cavity.
And that little hallway, our body really wants us to get pregnant.
And so it does everything possible.
It gives us the slip and slide, gives us all the things.
And what it also does is our cervix will shorten and soften to open up and allow sperm to more easily enter.
And so you can tell your cervix position by literally putting a finger into your vaginal cavity.
You can feel the position of your cervix.
But a lot of women don't use this as a fertility sign.
It's really just kind of basal body temperature and cervical fluid that are required to be cross-referenced.

basal body temperature.
The reason this is such an accurate sign is because when you are taking your temperature every single morning and you are charting it on a temp chart, you can do this on an app.
There's a lot of really simple ways to do this.
