If your luteal phase is really short or if you're getting a lot of PMS or you are struggling with failed implantation,

anything shorter, and that's an indication that your progesterone levels are too low because the way that your body triggers your period to come is the fall off of progesterone.
So when progesterone kind of runs out, and you'll see this on a temperature chart, it's really interesting, you'll see the temperatures kind of fall off a cliff, and then the next day your period starts because literally your progesterone's saying, okay, I'm done.
And so women who have shorter luteal phases
are going to experience more negative symptoms, but it's literally just a sign of your progesterone, which is a really easy thing to fix.
