So it's like if you are getting this communication every single day, every single month from your body, if you understand how to tune into it, looking at your cervical fluid, looking at your base body temperature, knowing when you're ovulating, knowing how long your luteal phase is,
All of these things are like constant biomarkers that you're getting for free of like, hey, this is how well your body's doing right now.
And then you get to like use that to make changes.
So it's like, oh, I'm noticing that this month, these last few months, my luteal phase is like a little bit shorter.
Like, I wonder what that's trying to tell me.
Okay, well, if your luteal phase is short, it's usually you're undernourished or your body's really stressed out.
Like, what are the things that are depleting progesterone?
Okay, let me start making those changes.
And what's great is those changes are always almost free.
What are your favorite cycle tracking apps?
So it depends because I personally hate the apps that are like done for you.
I hate natural cycles.
People dog on me for that.
But I just I don't like things that are going to like do the work for you.
So a lot of those apps that you're going to put some information and it's going to make a prediction for you of like, okay, now you're in your safe zone.
Now you're this, now you're that.
And I'm like, I like to be empowered with the information to make those decisions on my own.
So when you're looking at your basal water temperature and all these things and you're cross-traveling them and you're seeing, okay, I know that I am whatever, whatever.
So the app that I use is called Kindara, but it's completely like you chart the temperatures, you chart your cervical fluid, and it makes the
you know you and you like determine where you are in your cycle it's not doing anything for you um the author of taking charge your fertility tony weschler actually just came out with her own app it's called cyclicity i think and it's a fertility awareness method app i'm sure it's similar to kandara um where you can chart and do all the things so i think those are the two apps that i would recommend but to use those apps you have to understand how your body works which is great
