It's still a bit sort of sporadic.

I would say we're getting much better now.

But our financial literacy stuff still doesn't look great.

A bit of work to do there.

You know, so I guess if you don't hear back from mum and dad, you know, how do you ever learn?

So I'm just, I'm one of those lucky people that had mum and dad telling me about it.

Dad was more from the perspective of what not to do, poor man.

But it was really good having the two examples in front of me of my mum of

being careful with what she spent learning to invest when she finally did have some money which by the way was her late 40s um starting to do investing and talking me through the process and then my dad who just money he loves spending money he would buy beautiful cars and beautiful clothes and um he ended up going bankrupt so um pretty interesting examples to have side by side yeah so I guess that's what sort of happened I just got I got little bits of it and then it got me excited and then when I was 10 I started my first business

And I guess I was doing that as part of a school fate thing originally, but it ended up growing and I ended up with five of my friends as my employees, which is pretty funny.

Yeah, I've always been quite bossy.

Leadership skills, I'm supposed to say now.

I'm not bossy, of course, but never mind.

Do you know what I mean?

I still didn't.

Exactly.

And my mum asked me when we were on our way to our first market, what was I going to do with the money that we made?

And I was talking about, oh, I suppose I could spend it.

And then she explained compounding to me.

explaining it like money breeding.
