I could have a very passionate argument about anything.

And I realized too, actually, how judgmental I was when I was really fixed in this way of thinking that this was the right way.

And yet, having worked with, I don't know, thousands of humans over the last 20 plus years, what I've become to sit in is a place of really no right or

Wrong.

And I know that can feel controversial when we say that because there are a lot of painful and bad things that happen in the world.

But I am also really seeing that we stand in certain places in our lives because of the way we've been raised, our upbringings, what we're exposed to.

And sometimes we can have a very, very, let's just say, small lens on what we think the world should be.

Yeah.

That's what I've begun to realize in listening to people's stories is there is space for many different places and opinions.

And one of the most powerful things we can do is be curious about other people, is not sit in that really fixed, this is the way it is.

So things that I used to be so like, this is the right way to do this, or this is the right way to raise your kids, all those kind of things.

I have softened a lot of over the years.

I have managed to

to I guess sit down a bit and be curious and and try and stand in other p people's shoes just to see where they're coming from and and

gain a greater understanding.

And I must say that I feel like it's making me a better human, but it's also broadening my awareness around the world.
