is the wonderful Dara Simpkin and I'm gonna um share a little bit about Dara and read your bio or just read a little bit about you if that's okay.

So welcome firstly.

Hello.

Uh so Dara Simkin is a Melbourne-based speaker, facilitator, and organizational cultural specialist.

Uh she was born and raised in the United States and she moved to Australia.

I love this story, at 25 after winning a video competition.

Yep.

That took her on a six-week camp of van journey through Tasmania.

I love that.

Uh after working with business owners, startups, and founders, she identified a consistent gap in creativity, curiosity, and open-minded thinking.

And began building a response to it.

Dara launched uh launched Culture Hero in 2019, and Culture Hero is now an established learning experience design consultancy with a focus on evidence-based play interventions.

I'm really excited about this.

Grounded in neuroscience and applied improvisation.

And in March 2026, uh Dara Co-published Full Stack Human.
