So before we kind of dive into the questions, just what I was talking about before in my humanness around changing your mind, being really fixed, can you where does that sit in your world at?

What what's your experience of that?

It's so true, isn't it?

It and especially like you know, a lot of my work is around feelings and emotions, and people would often say, you know, I'm really sad.

And I would often say a part of you sad because, you know, there's also a part of you that feels quite tender and loving towards your kids, or you know, a a part of you is really angry.

Yeah, it's allowed to be angry, yet we also have the capacity for joy.

And, you know, it's it is such a beautiful thing to keep in mind, isn't it?

Because I think we get so

rigid and locked in.

And I understand why we do it as humans about being right as well.

And then what we try and do is, you know, we

We bring people on board of our team, you know, so we can all be together and we can all be like, We're all right together, right?

And I see a lot actually on social media with

That huge polarization around, you know, particularly people that have public profiles and they say one thing and somebody doesn't like it and then the next minute everyone's jumping on top of them.

I'll never forget this um

It was someone, it was a therapist who said something wrong and then this other therapist made a video going, This is why they're wrong and just like basically backed him out.

And I'm watching it going, Oh my god, this is horrific.

And I'm looking in the comments and one of the comments was, Oh, it's good to know who we hate now.

And I was just like, whoa, this is huge, right?
