What do I really want?
I mean, that they are really
pivotal questions.
And I think we often only ask them when we're at a crisis point.
Instead of actually like, hey, shouldn't we start with uh what's important for me here

And I I'm what I'm really hearing is
I mean, it's about a deeper connection to self because I would say we're m we are a pretty disconnected society, right?
Especially since technology came in, phones, we're just we're all disconnected from our bodies.
We've been taught to disconnect from our bodies, so to not feel.
We've been taught to push stuff down and just get on with it and power on through.
Uh we are a pretty disconnected culture.
And I think, you know, so much of what I'm hearing in your work is about bringing people back to being in touch with themselves, which is confronting, right?
Because when we do that, we're like, I have to feel, I don't want to feel.
It's easier to not.
It's ne easier to just keep pushing through.
It's easy to keep numbing in some certain way.
But is it easy?
It's well it's not.
That's it.
