And I often see that with people who get stuck.

Because you'd be like, I can't deal with it anymore.
But we you're so right.
We are so much more comfortable staying in what we know and what is murky, because at least we know it, as opposed to what's sitting over the other side, which takes courage, right?

good C words are are really about um about being brave enough to to kind of lean in and also you know asking those really impu important questions about well what do I want this to look like?

Like I remember many years ago like when my kids are little, you know, they're all kind of in school and I'm like three different schools and sport and just like, you know, the
What happens when you're a parent, right?
Of of young kids.
You do you're just doing all the things.
And I wasn't I had my little bit of work on the side, but there was definitely those things where I'm like, is this it?
Is this what life is?
Like I'm looking at my husband like, I love you, but you know, like, is this all it is?
And it really did shake up stuff for me because I'm like, is this what I want for my life?
