I want to go back a little bit to when you were saying, when you've got a show on, or you've got a scene, or you've got something big going on, and there's that part, the lead up before it.
Like, what goes on in your head there?
Like, what's the narrative that's happening that makes it stressful?
Yeah, totally.
You're in the flow because we're letting go of that expectation of it's got to be this, that, and to just be like, that's the purest form of it, isn't it?
Mm-hmm.
And it, you know, it strikes me as you say that, is that someone who's really accomplished like you are, you know, you're still doing this work.
You're still having to watch when those things come up.
Like, you know, we can get masterful at things.
Like, you can get really good at doing something.
Yeah, it doesn't mean that those little voices and those people and those things aren't sitting there.
Like I used to judge myself all the time if I got really nervous before having to do a talk because I would think, well, you shouldn't be.
And I remember, do you know who Daniela Laporte is?
Do you know Daniela?
Oh, she's like, she's...
she was, or she still is, she's around, she's got the most soothing voice you have ever heard, it's like, mm, magic.
And she's a bit of like a spiritual teacher, thought leader, all that kind of stuff, she's Canadian, I think.
And I remember listening to an interview, and she, like, has travelled all around the world speaking, you know, all that kind of big, big stuff.
And I remember listening to an interview she did where she had, I don't know, maybe 5,000 people coming to see her talk.
And like a few hours beforehand, she's on the dressing room floor, hyperventilating, like, you know, and her lungs were kind of one of her weak spots.
