That huge polarization around, you know, particularly people that have public profiles and they say one thing and somebody doesn't like it and then the next minute everyone's jumping on top of them.
I'll never forget this um
It was someone, it was a therapist who said something wrong and then this other therapist made a video going, This is why they're wrong and just like basically backed him out.
And I'm watching it going, Oh my god, this is horrific.
And I'm looking in the comments and one of the comments was, Oh, it's good to know who we hate now.
And I was just like, whoa, this is huge, right?
This is a bit of a sign of the time where we're at, where we're like, is that it do we feel like we've got no sense of belonging, that the only place we belong is to gang up on someone who we think is wrong?
It it just it feels a little alarming, really.
And I think, you know, we are in this really polarized place in the world at the moment, aren't we?
Where it's like, but I'm right and I'm right, and we're
gonna sit in this camp opposite each other.
Where yet there's so much more room for so many different places that we can stand in.

I love that you bring that in because you're so right.
You know, control, of course, is just I'm fearful of what might happen.
So what can I control in my environment?
And how can I kind of belong to everyone else who's saying that this is the way as well?
I I mean it makes a lot of sense.
