Indy's 22 and this is Charlie and she's 18.

She just turned 18.

And I also have a son, Kai, who is 25, but he is currently climbing in the Blue Mountains, living his best life.

So he's not here today.

So thank you, my darlings, for coming and being willing to talk.

I'm wondering, just to start off, how are you feeling right now being here in this environment?

I feel very privileged to be able to try this out and give it a go.

But yeah, it is a bit strange.

It's very different to us sitting on the couch at home.

It is a bit different.

There's quite a few cameras and lights and all the things around.

But thank you for your time and being willing to open up and share.

So I guess I want to start off with talking a little bit about punishments and rewards because we never did that in our family.

Like when you guys had some big feelings or you messed up or you made a mistake, you know, we would often come in close.

We would talk about what was happening.

You know, our mission or what Mike and I really tried to do is always look behind the behavior as to why you might have been doing something.

Can you, from your point of view, I would love to hear how that was for you.

You know, as little kids, even as teenagers, you both pushed the boundaries.

You've both done cheeky stuff.

You know, how is it from your point of view when you did mess up or when things were going on?
