Um so we're again continuing to work behind the scenes so that way when we get to a decision decision point we have all the information readily available.
It does.
We looked into the T O D program uh by the by the
Department of Transportation.
Okay, great.
Um in addition to the city eff efforts, uh on May fifteenth, twenty twenty five, the city received an unseless proposal from Radium.
Um they are a uh international developer um with a twenty year track record of delivering uh complex capital projects.
Uh we uh again wanted to make the commission aware of of this unsist proposal, uh seek feedback from the commission on where they are for next steps.
um and determine if the unsolicited uh proposal is the path to go forward.
This uh conversation is very similar to what we had for the holiday park parking garage at the last meeting of learning what the uh desire of the city commission is on on next steps.
And to help facilitate that conversation, we really kind of laid out three different options.
Uh advance it uh as option A, uh as a as a current city project, and that could be I mean a a myriad of different things.
It could be a solicited P three project, very similar to the Las Oulas Marina project.
It could be moving forward with the design build or construction manager at risk project.
Um so we don't have the procurement method or the delivery method identified at this point.
But option A would tell or direct staff to continue moving forward with onboarding the owner's rep and to issue the design criteria package.
Option B, uh explore the unsolicited proposal.
Uh we can schedule a conference meeting to have Meridian come and present their their uh proposal to share their vision and their experience with the Commission to determine uh the the the Commission's intent on if they would like to accept the proposal or not.
Uh, you could create a competition period as well.
And then option C, I think, is the path that staff has been on to date, is really trying to move forward with the project with all different options until the Commission is ready to provide direction on which way it would like to go.
