So I think from a generalization the time delivery can be quicker, but again I don't feel comfortable at this time talking about the details of of what their unsurface proposal would look like and what the city project would deliver.

Yep, so staff's already started working on it.

We have meetings scheduled with both of the proposers uh later this week and early next week.

Uh we've done our initial evaluation of key criteria and we're hoping to bring it back to the commission for consideration uh before the summer recess.

Yeah, so if I go back to the slide with the owners rep kind of general services, I think they can play a vital role through whatever methodology we move forward with.

Um these are some of the high level tasks that they can assist the city with, and I think I've heard uh numerous of them come from the commission today about the space planning, the size, um, the budget, the cost.

Uh so onboarding the owner's rep if if the hybrid option C is is the direction the Commission takes, that would be my recommendations that we move forward and continue to onboard the owner's rep so we can utilize their subject matter expertise in making key decisions to move forward.

Mayor, if I can just um maybe illustrate what we're doing on Holiday Park, so maybe that will help clarify some of the confusion.

So on Holiday Park Park and Garage, staff has put together fifteen to twenty different criteria based off of Florida statute, public purpose use, um, other things like that.

We're not comparing uh uh proposal one to proposal two and saying which one we like the best.

We're just merely going through a checklist to make sure that all the fo foundational basis are are achieved.

Then we'd bring that back to the commission.

Uh once the commission uh d desires their intent to enter into a comprehensive agreement, um and once that competition period is over, then staff would then start doing a little more due diligence, probably uh the financial studies, uh comparing them to each other.

I believe in the water treatment plant the process was we went out and we had a a consultant do a pro and con list or a benefits and challenges list that the commission used uh when they ultimately

Ranked the water proposals.

So that's kind of where we're at right now.

So what you would see for Holiday Park parking garage before the summer recess would be just that staff's evaluation of the primary basic criteria, not this is who we would recommend or this one has these successes and these ones has the challenges.

So just for understanding of what staff is doing on Holiday Park.

And that's coming to us before we restart.
