And this is essentially balancing the volume and intensity of your throwing, especially on non-game days.

So yeah, maybe that's something that the blue Jays are like excited to talk to Soriano about like, Hey, what is your throw throwing program look like?
What's your plow work look like?
What are your off seasons look like?
Are you actually building in a way that allows you to sustain the, what was he VLO?
He's probably more like 97 last year, right?
He was 97 to 96, four this year.
You know, like there's a lot of ways that if I'm the blue Jays, I'm approaching that conversation.
Thinking there's a lot of untapped value, which is something you kind of alluded to, whether it's from the mix standpoint or whether it's just from the workload approach standpoint.
So I'm pretty bullish on Soriano.
Like, I think that he's going to be a very good pitcher for the Jays.
