And you start resetting that, that environment, culture, whatever word you want to use, but you start resetting it.

And, you know, I heard a question today, like, how do you know when that's really kind of taken hold in a rebuild when you stop thinking about it?

Because it's now the players are putting it into practice.

You don't have to go by, you know, they're probably not going to have a captain this year, but you know, by the one of the leaders in the group,

and make sure you get a couple of young guys in the gym today.

That'll happen anyway because they're already dialed in and bought in.

So again, as much as everything they've said has been great so far, it's about following through with it and making sure, especially early in training camp and the regular season when things start to bounce the opposite way because they're going to have tough results early.
