The Jays did it all the time.

I was a piggybacker.

I was always the guy on the back end.

But, you know, the early round picks got to go first, and I picked up after them and see if I could finish a game or not.

So I find it interesting that that is now utilized in the big leagues to success as well.

It's interesting.

But, I mean, nowhere near similar.

But I was thinking about, even coming in here today, thinking about the one start that I had in the big leagues and then was traded immediately after it.

And was like, oh, did I just have that one start and throw three innings to show that I could do more on the mound than just be a reliever?

Is that what this is?

Is that what this feels like?

Are they trying to say, oh, no, we have starters.

We have all these guys that are starters, but look what they can do.

Look what we have them capable of doing.

Imagine what they can do for you if we maybe need a trade piece.

I'm not sure if that's what it is.

It seems interesting that it's gone on this long.

Yeah, and maintaining who they can as a potential starter because if they are trading off or dealing off one of them, they have someone else.

Don't want to have to stretch someone back out.

Yeah, so that's the other option here too.
