And to answer your question, I think they're very linked.
Sex addiction, drug addiction, love addiction, all of it.
You're trying to fill the hole in the soul with external stuff.

I mean, everyone has something maybe that they're a little dependent on.
And for some, it makes their life fully unmanageable and just destroys everything.
I think happiness and contentment is an inside job.
There was a period where I was probably addicted to the success and the money and the fame and just making people laugh.
Even that was addicting.
It was so fun to have a concept, write it up, edit it, post it, and then get 10 million views and all these people laughing and you're just like, yeah, this is amazing.
Yeah, and it's like you could argue that that's an okay one.
It's an okay drug, like making people laugh.
But then say a video flops, doesn't do well.
People go, you suck, right?
So then am I going to listen to that too?
And then, right, the depression seeps in and then I want to numb.
So it's like, I don't listen to any of the crazy good or the crazy bad.
