Well, not quite, Andrew, as I would actually go even further and say that we should all be spending less time on our phones.

As you can see here, mine is turned off completely.

And as a result, it doesn't have TikTok, making it incredibly safe.

And as a low-energy weirdo with a newfound mojo, I believe it is my responsibility to set an example with my own social media use.

I've also stopped tweeting.

I used to sit in a tree and join in with the dawn chorus.

Instead, I emit a series of clicks while hanging upside down in a cave to see whether a bat's thoughts start at the end and work backwards.
