They have a lot of followers, right?

Like it was a threat, like it was a bad thing.

And in recent years, we've sort of turned the curve and really embraced that.

In fact, our current social media manager, shout out, I know she's on this chat right now,

She has more followers than we do.

And she's killing it every day.

And I wish we could be her.

But she's helping.

So we're really embracing that now at Intern Queen.

But I think it does depend on the company.

And a lot of it is company culture and mindset.

I think it's going to be a mix of both following the process, that candidate pool that feels like the black hole and all of that, and then also trying to leverage some personal connections and looking on LinkedIn and sending out some cold emails.

I had a recruiter at a big bank actually say to me one time, he's like,

Our process works, but if someone internally flags a resume to me or flags a name, I feel like I have to respond to that person.

Even if it's to say that person's not a fit, he said, I'm always going to respond to my colleagues inquiries.

I always think that's powerful.

And so not only are you going to apply online for Google, but then you're also going to say to your cousin, Hey, didn't you tell me once three years ago that you had some friend that did something at Google?

Can you introduce me?

And you're going to look on LinkedIn and you're going to type in Google and you're going to filter by, um,

Whatever.
