And I think everybody feels best when they're performing and contributing as a team, and fulfillment really escalates when we're accomplishing challenging things.

So I think we can create an environment, and I believe I've proved it over the years, where even those that are kind of a stick in the mud and don't want to do this stuff, it starts to feel pretty good and they actually, they get on board.

And it's less than five in, gosh, the last three decades have I had to let go because I didn't want to participate.

Because I think you and I, when we build our businesses and any leader out there doing it,

we create an environment that causes human nature to move in one direction or the other.

And if we have a lot of ambiguity and we're just thinking everybody should know what to do, but we're not being clear about it, however you want to describe it, that's not an environment conducive to winning as a team.

But if we're super aligned to our vision, where we're going, our strategy, how we're going to get there, and we've got a great common operating methodology throughout the business and how we intentionally create value,

That environment to me brings a lot more people and I call it productive engagement.

When we talk about engagement earlier,

I want productive engagement.

I don't want a survey that says they have a best friend at work.

I want productive engagement.

And when that's elevated, they're just leaning in more, and you know it's effective when they're creating more and more value.

And I want every single leader, every single team bolted together, driving that alignment, driving that accountability, cross-functional collaboration,

And and we we know from the macro sense that we're doing the right work when the value of the business is continually and responsibly increasing over time.

Yeah, that's such a gigantic question.

Yeah.

I start with alignment and the senior leadership team, even if it's only you and one partner.

But alignment around vision, where are we going?
