We have five or six people involved all the time during the week.
Student profiles, interviews with coaches, putting together things that are going to be on the website, getting things ready for apps.

Lots of content is produced throughout the week that finishes itself on a Friday night, and then you restart.
It's not just about showing up and going home.
It's about creating an entire experience.
And I call...
all of everything we do, our ecosystem, but I spell it E-C-H-O instead of E-C-O, because it's all about making sure that the content is available on whatever platform people might be able to use at that particular point in time to engage either on demand or live.
Well, and while you were making a fortune in your radio career, I was with the Associated Press dealing with global technology for most of my career.
And when it became time to get out of Washington, D.C.
traffic and come home, my focus has been, and people get confused about this, because my focus is not to come home and get rich.
My focus is to come home humbly and find a way to give back.
And
One of the ways that we give back, and I've got great people who execute on all of this, is shining lights on high school athletes.
Many of them don't have a father figure, don't have people setting good examples for them, many of them, but all of them.
I have found, I have discovered, or I believe that when they know that people are paying attention, when they feel the praise, when people are watching their performances, when they feel part of that bigger thing, it helps them develop into better human beings that makes them better people, makes their lives more successful, makes their families more successful, creates a culture for the community.
That is one of a, it's a unifying thing.
Everybody can get excited about high school sports.
And anything we can do to shine lights on high school sports players, and we do football, baseball, basketball, soccer, softball, track and field, golf, anything we can do to shine lights where people know that people are, kids know that people are paying attention, it makes them perform better because they feel the praise.
Well, I think they did wear helmets back those days.
