So perhaps evidence over ego isn't really about choosing research over instinct.
It's things like noticing when your identity is challenged about being right.
When changing your mind feels like losing part of yourself or when criticism feels like a threat, then that's an opportunity to learn.
And I love how in the interview that I did with Nikki, I think that's one of the areas that
I really enjoy chatting to Nikki because I know that she leans into Bean Challenge.
She's the first person to say, oh, I've not considered that.
I'll go and give that a go or I'll see and look at the evidence here.
What perspectives and who's that working for?
The people you've all heard in this season have all got that in common, really, because they're willing to let new information change them.
Emma challenged those long-held beliefs about her body, and Louise questioned an identity she'd spent years building.
Nikki, as I said, actively seeks out perspectives to test her thinking, and Tiff is asking an entire profession to look again at the evidence.
