Next up we're headed to downtown Los Angeles for an update on the case of singer David, legal name David Anthony Burke.

This is a pretty disturbing case.

David stands accused among other things of murdering fourteen year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose body was found in his Tesla last September.

Just remind us, Alex, what is the prosecution alleging is the motive here?

David appeared at an arraignment on Monday where he pleaded not guilty.

How did he seem?

So it seems like as of right now the death penalty is still on the table for David.

For our last story, we're headed to Idaho for the latest in the case of Brian Koberger, the man who pleaded guilty last year to the twenty twenty-two killings of four University of Idaho students.

He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Last month Koberger asked to withdraw his guilty plea, saying he'd been coerced into making it.
