Man, I wish I could tell you what the difference is.
And to be honest, since I moved off the Rangers beat and on to pay a little bit of attention to everybody, I haven't been able to keep track closely enough to be able to tell you, oh, it's this hitch and his swing or these mechanics or whatever.
I will say that he's always been a very good contact hitter.
He does bat to ball, and I think that there's a place for that on a roster.
He doesn't have a whole lot of pop.
I don't think he's ever going to hit more than...
You know, is he ever going to be a 20 home run guy?
Like, I don't think that that's his role.
But if you have a bench player that can play every position.
that's there's value there too.
And he's a good defender.
So he's, yeah, I don't, I don't think that he's ever going to be a guy where you say, man, I can't believe we stole this, this guy who, you know, hit 300 and banged 35 home runs for us.
Um, but the guy that comes in and plays solid defense and gives you a chance to win and doesn't really ever, you know, make those boneheaded mistakes that, that really frustrate fans.
I mean, he's, he's a solid guy.
He's a guy.
And I think there's a place on the roster for a guy.
I mean, I'm looking here like I guess I kind of didn't realize that Toronto had climbed back.

And I had kind of given up on the Orioles too.
