that we may be seeing it catch up now with these kids who have been doing it since they were like actual kids.
Yeah, I think they did a great job.
They were one of my three or four teams that I really thought had a very, very good trade deadline.
And they were in a pretty unique situation in that they were not traditional sellers like the Angels, like the Royals should have been.
And not even like some of these teams.
I think there were a lot.

The Blue Jays were out of it this year.
Traditionally, that's a sell position.
But with Guerrero still pretty early in his career, they still have good bones on the roster.
And so they needed to set themselves up to be good next year and the year after that.
And I really thought they did a good job.
They shed Slickspire Contract.
They got some good players in return for those guys and then went out and got those controllable players, Soriano, Josh Smith, who, by the way, won a Silver Slugger, having a very down year this year.
But that's a guy who, if it's only going to cost you an Adam Mako,
I think you can live with that so yeah I was really impressed I think that they had a very difficult task ahead of them and I really thought they pulled it off
