So I need to get to the point where I can sit in my butt for 75 hours of rowing.
Yeah, it needs to be padded and it needs to be good, solid muscle if you can.
And it does.
Like my body feels amazing.
And it feels amazing from the training because it's all connected now.
You know, like when you lift up an arm, you feel the muscles working all the way in the circuit.
Oh.
It's a really cool feeling.
If that isn't motivation for everyone to train, it's hard to even relay what that feels like.
So our philosophy now is do the opposite.
If I'm rowing in a linear fashion, everything I want to do should be lateral, sideways.
So that's one thing.
A lot of elastic resistance band stuff because you're using a safe force and it's in opposition to what you were doing.
And then, yeah, literally it is the muscle.
So if you want these muscles, you also want those muscles as well.
And focusing on weaknesses.
so we started with my ankles and now we're doing working up what's wrong with your ankles well really nothing that's what i thought that's what i'm saying but but when you stand they are the foundation of your balance yeah so really yes mine are just kind of around there i feel like no so if you're going to get strong right up to the shoulders you have to start with the feet oh god yeah just the last thing i wanted to hear today well for what i'm doing i just feel like more pressure now i mean
It's all right.
Don't train your ankles.
That'll end up being really weird.
