So one of my issues with like all this stuff, again, is trade-offs, there's positives, there's negatives, but in the mass pop psychology genre of social media,

What I seem to see the most of is identifying somebody.

You know, everything's about another person's problem.

You know, if you're with a narcissist.

And then also from childhood.

Yeah.

So either childhood's to blame or these other people are to blame.

Or they have terrible pathology.

I don't find a ton of it about how about you make yourself the thing that you think you deserve and then just kind of see what happens down river from that.
