I've done a number of conference presentations at SEO conferences this year and
spoken about AI overviews in Europe and they're like, we don't have that here, or at least in certain EU countries.
So that's a that that'll also be a big change, right?
If we have certain tools available in the US and other countries that aren't available in Europe, like that's a pretty big change on Google.
But yeah, the fact that they're continuing to double down on this product, you know, a lot of the recent announcements from Zundar Pachai have been people love this thing, our users love this thing.
It's like one of the best performing, best, highest engagement products Google's ever built, you know, statements like this, which is quite which are quite interesting.
So I think this is a f an absolutely uh fundamental shift in how search will operate.
The thing that's tricky and frustrating about
What I've been obsessing over, and many of us have been obsessing over, including this morning, I've been trying to piece together the data as much as possible, is like, what is the impact of this on the
the traffic flowing to websites.
And Google has not given us that data in Search Console.
And they've recently been on record saying they have no plans to.
I think that's one of the biggest challenges that we that's been revealed as a result of all these changes.
Google at once tells us that this this thing is sending more traffic to websites on the internet and not giving us that data in Search Console.
So that's really big.
That's tricky.
Yeah, you're asking great, great questions.
Um, I know this is something like Rand Fishkin, for example, talks about a lot.
I've seen him do a lot of different presentations and SparkToro is a great tool that he created for understanding audiences.
