And then all of a sudden, emotions are contagious.

And now your client, your customer, is acting the way you're acting.

They become a mirror of you.

And that's part of emotional intelligence, is being self-aware of your own emotions so that you can manage them.

And, for example, let's talk about the frozen stage where you are just simply –

totally paralyzed in every situation where if something happens and you can't react or you lose your train of thought and you're just there frozen and your boss is looking at you, everyone's looking like, say something, say something.

Then the other flooding when all of a sudden,

Jonathan, everything, if it's going to happen, it's happening today.

Everything is happening.

And then all of a sudden, the floodgates of emotions are starting to pour out.

And it's very challenging.

It happens to men, not as often as it happens to women.

Because of all the things that they're multitasking and trying to do and they're emotionally attached to projects and things.

So then when you begin to flood is that it could come across now as if you're having an emotional meltdown.
