Secretary of State Marco Rubio says an investigation is underway after Cuba says its soldiers shot and killed four people in a boat in Cuban waters after the people on the boat opened fire on them.
Cuba says the boat was registered in Florida.
Rubio says he would not speculate on what happened, but would not rely on what Cuban authorities told him, adding it's highly unusual to see shootouts in the open sea, and it's something that hasn't happened with Cuba in a very long time.
On the Iran nuclear threat, Rubio said it's increasing.
and Iran are set to resume talks in Geneva tomorrow as President Trump considers military action.
