Or even what they're needling into the skin.
Not everything's safe.
Yeah.
And a lot of things, even professional products, if you're needling something into the skin, I know of someone that needled in retinol and it was a 25% retinol serum, which is so strong.
Their face was burnt off.
And it was so sore and they needled to a depth that was too low.
And you look at these forums where people are asking for advice and they're like, hey, I bought this off eBay or I bought this off Amazon or wherever.
And that's for me is where the safety concern is, is more or less people trying to do it themselves at home.
You're always going to be safer in the hands of a therapist.
And I know it sounds funny for, you know, you should come in and book an appointment because that's your business and all that.
But really the safety side of it, you can do a lot of long-term damage if you're not doing it right.
So that's when we get a really big loss of collagen.
We have a big shift in hormones, obviously, as you know, we have so many hormonal changes over our lives as women, but in perimenopause and menopause, that's when things like that happen.
So if you have collagen loss, you get often volume loss in your skin as well.
So the lower half of your face tends to look more gaunt.
And if you're anything like me, I'm waiting for my turkey gobbler to appear because that runs in our family.
I make that now.
And yeah, it all kind of starts to just droop a little bit, which is never fun.
And that's obviously would vary person to person.
