I was surprised to see a chapter in your new book about vibrational energy.
I love this stuff, she says in capital letters.
How did you get into it and what are your day-to-day practices?
Oh, interesting.
Yeah, if you've got my book, How to Age, you will see that there is definitely a thread of vibrational energy that works its way through the book.
And there's a couple of dedicated chapters when I talk about different types of energy and how important they are for us to age on a cellular level.
Now, why do I say that?
OK, when people hear the term vibrational energy, it can sound a bit mystical.
It sounds a bit woo woo.
But in reality, you know, it's rooted in something very fundamental.
Think about it.
Everything in nature is constantly moving and vibrating.
Our bodies, they're made up of atoms, molecules and electrically active cells.
And many biological processes operate through rhythms and frequencies and oscillations.
So think about things like brainwaves.
Heart rhythms, circadian rhythms, electrical signaling between our cells, these are all forms of biological frequency.
So when we talk about vibrational energy, we're really talking about the way our bodies interact with energetic signals in our environment.
