I mean, this is a really kind of a strange sort of bipolar election in that way.
And, you know, we'll see kind of which of those clearly the you know, the there's a long way till November.
We'll sort of see which which rises in salience.
But it is odd to have the election framed that way.
This is a city of 300000 employees, city workers, you know, eight, nine, 10 million people, depending on where you draw the line that have day to day issues.
And it's interesting to me how how global this this fight has become.
It's strange.
To your point, the business community was always kind of neutral on Adams.
You know, what they really miss is Michael Bloomberg, right?
These guys are just deeply, deeply nostalgic for those years.
They, you know, I think saw Adams as a kind of a return to a, you know, a middle of the road, you know, kind of centrism after the de Blasio years that were
you know, fairly progressive and had kind of an eat the rich tinge to them post 2008.
