I think people know go on this tent is for three days and we leave it behind.
Well, it's look uh on that and when we look at young people and the cost of living crisis, look s one of the the undiscussed thing within that is is because people can't get on the property ladder and because people therefore don't have mortgages or because they're at home, they don't have rents, they actually do have more disposable income, but it doesn't mean that there isn't a problem and there isn't a cost of living crisis.
It's just people have given up hope of saving because they don't feel that there's a path in front of them.
I think the Archbishop of Dublin was making a similar point today, actually saying we shouldn't get used to the fact that young people have just given up on the idea of owning homes.

Um and look, I think it's a good thing, isn't it, that there's a something that people enjoy to the point of they know themselves, it's part of their diary, it's part of their calendar, it's it is it is a season for them, it is it is a festival for them and th they want to go I have no interest in it myself, uh in being there in the Lash in Reign, but fair play to the people who do.

So the basiest way to to describe it to people is that if you look at the map we have, it looks generally like Greenland and the whole of Africa are about the same size, when actually uh Africa is obviously significantly bigger than Greenland.
Tri three hundred and sixty Irelands would fit in Africa and only twenty six Irelands would fit in Greenland.
Wow.
And yet in the
map they're they're the same size.
