And there was a lot more than usual.
So I started to build more of a community of just people just checking in.
And sometimes I couldn't talk to my mum or my mates because I was like, God, I sound like a broken record.
And actually I found it quite cathartic chatting to some, you know, Deborah in Milton Keynes because they are strangers to me.
And so I can just say whatever and it's almost like I can throw the ball and they'll throw the ball back.
There was a safety.
So it was a safety element to it.
So I think the last few months that experience of people saying to me like, you know what, my husband's not well or I've lost my, you know, I'm four years in, things are going to get better.
All these little messages, they do land really well for me at the minute because I found a lot of comfort in it.
And if I go quiet online now for a couple of days, I start to get all these messages.
Are you all right?
Come on, what's going on?
Because I think it is unusual for me at the minute to be quiet because I am lonely and I'm at home on my own most nights.
And so what do I do?
I come on and...
But I'll post about, you know, I'll be chatting while I'm doing something because I haven't got John there to chat to.
Maybe I spoke to him on my mates role for the sake of me.
So I've really got in a weird, it's like a privilege, but I've got this community of people that have just totally like stepped up to the plate, you know, where I didn't expect.
Yeah.
And along may that continue because they've really guided me through in a different way to what I've ever used social media for in the past.
