similar experience, who are you going to be more excited to talk about?
You're going to be positively primed to want to talk to the person with the five recommendations because their coworkers are saying so many nice things about them.
And you already have some comfort like, oh, this person's good to work with versus the person with zero.
Oh, I I kind of still don't know much about what it would be like to work with them.
So that's sort of under the radar section that I feel like people don't pay as much
attention to but it does go a long way whether you are in corporate or doing your own thing.
I think it's it's likely data.
So what happened was LinkedIn made this big push into video.
Then it kind of seemed like they scaled back.
But then now now they're back in it.
So I don't know how long you've been posting video for and been noticing this trend.
I do think video, just generally, like the way we consume content now is is the way of the future.
So yeah, if you feel comfortable, anyone listening feels comfortable posting video, I say give it a try and see what happens.

Talking about your work is a big one, but you have to do it strategically.
So it's not just
I'm out there and I'm just sharing all this random information about what I did and all this unnecessary context about the project, but being very thoughtful about what the audience needs to know.
And in this case, it's likely an executive or senior leadership who you're trying to impress, right?
