So always asking yourself, What is the one thing I want them to know?

Putting that at the top, and then you can add the context afterwards.

But

Being more concise, always a good thing.

Concise doesn't mean short, but concise means, you know, only including what's necessary.

And then always having the audience in mind so you know what's most important to them.

Because when we're in a project, it's so easy for us.

We're so close to it.

Of course, everything's important and we want to share everything.

But you have to be really thoughtful about what the audience needs to know.

And then again, thinking about presence, like where am I showing up?

Where am I sharing?

Yeah.

Is there a channel where all the executives are?

Do people tend to read the company intranet?

We want to make sure we're actually talking about our work in the right spaces.
