In this conversation, we unpack why your results don't come from smarter predictions.
They come from a cleaner process, a process that removes hesitation, quiets the noise and gives you confidence before the pressure shows up.
Diana has spent years helping professionals make calm, repeatable decisions under real world pressure.
And what she shares today will change the way you think about structure, routine and trust in your own execution.
So if you're tired of second guessing, overwhelmed by inputs or unsure why confidence disappears when it matters the most, stay with us.
This episode is about trading with clarity, not chaos.

Diana Perkins, welcome to the show.
Now, for the person listening, when they take to heart everything you're about to share, what sort of changes can they expect both in their life but also in their trading?
I love that because so often we think of this world as being incredibly complex and so complicated and it can be difficult to move through that when we're just starting and we don't really know what we're doing.
So I'd love to hear a story about one of your people that moved into confidence because they had a process to follow.
And the other thing that happens is that when we start trading, usually it's quite quick for our initial stop loss to be hit because things either work or they don't and it's fairly fast.
So often you hit your stop loss early
quite quickly in the beginning.
So you might have, say, 10 trades that you've put on and six of them are stopped out and you're going, oh my gosh, I am a failure.
I can't do this.
And all of those negative self-talk patterns come into play.
But the ones that you have remaining, they take longer to get out of because it takes longer for a trend to unfold.
So I feel you're completely right.
Trusting that process, knowing that
