Exactly.
Now, you mentioned there about standards.
And I think these standards are not just our standards, but I think even more.
I don't think they're our standards at all, actually.
I think they're the standards of starting off with our parents, our siblings.
our classmates, the teachers.
And I think this is where it certainly was for me because I don't have dyslexia, but I have dyscalculia.
So I'm with you on knowing what that's like and the sense of shame, not exactly shame, but not being enough is something I've lived with all my life, to be honest.
And when we don't reach standards and this sort of conditioning that we don't really want to admit it and we do behave differently and then our self-worth goes down and everybody, how everybody else values us is a sort of reflection of our own identity and self-worth.
And as you say, all of that ties into fear.
Definitely.
And what I find interesting is, I would say globally, there are so many different ways to deal with this, which is fascinating.
And anyone listening to this,
I think I like to think of this as like an awakening, which sounds a little bit too spiritual, but an awareness.
Because there is no one singular best or only way to deal with this.
And it's not one person to work with.
We all have a slightly different take, a different accent, a different way of being.
And some things work for some people and other people go a different direction.
But I think the way that we both work is, as you said very much, looking at that fear.
And I would say not hating it and pushing it away because a lot of the clients I'm aware of, we have this.
