So if a client can't anticipate, yes, they might have topics.
We often have a set topic and a goal to discuss.
But within that topic, different things come up.
They don't plan it.
So how we interact with them is also unplanned.
Things, when I'm working, things will
stick out to me.
The way they said something, the actual words used is like a little flag in my mind.
That's an interesting comment you made, an interesting intonation.
And I think this is how we work as coaches, something in a language, in a conversation, a remark, an offhand comment.
we'll just say, oh, that's an interesting point of view.
Tell me more about that.
And I think that's how our process works.
Yeah.
And that's a really important point about being completely present, because I think this is the difference between talking to a friend and talking to a coach, unless you happen to have all your friends are coaches, which can be tough.

Yeah, but when you don't have, when you're not a coach and all your friends aren't coaches, when you talk to a friend, the friend, a lot of people, it's not a criticism, but a lot of people listen to speak.

We're listening to the other person and seeing how we can add to each other's conversations.
