would that would be my um those tips for finding a new coach or finding a coach actually yeah yeah I would completely agree with that I would say look around and I would say listen to coaches find things like podcasts like this or other audios and videos that they've created because you're going to spend a lot of time in conversation with this other person
And you need to know that their style, I think we're both introverts.
And I don't know about you, but most of my clients are introverted.
And I see a lot of extroverted confidence coaches.
Now, speaking personally, I love extroverts as friends when I have a little bit of them.
But if I'm talking about something really sensitive, which I'm freaking out and upset about, I can't be coached by an extrovert in that situation because they're too much for me.
They're lovely people, but they trigger me.
It's too sensitive.
and too threatening.
I know they're not meaning to be threatening, but just being with them is too much for my system.
So I would say, in addition to everything you're saying, also find videos, find recordings, so you know
how they're going to interact with you.
And if it's a vulnerable situation, then you're not going to feel threatened and you can release whatever it is you need to say.
