Um, but I mean, let's face it, extroverts can be frightened of things as well.

defense system to keep us safe.

The other topic which is quite controversial, it seems, is HSP or highly sensitive person.
Um and I would consider myself highly sensitive, which is a difficult label because people tend to think you're gonna burst into tears and you can't be honest with 'em, you've got to you cradle them in cotton wool.
And it's not I think for me it's more about picking up on things in your environment, which we all do.
Um but if you look at animals, some animals have a stronger sense of smell.
Um animals generally pick up vibrations and energies, but as soon as you start talking about energies, people, particularly scientists, naturally go, Oh, it's a little bit woo woo and you know
