But when you when we talk about being right and wrong, then we come into, well, okay, I had I

Um but it's a difficult conversation to say was that a right or wrong?
Was my behaviour good or bad is also a difficult one, or was it comfortable and uncomfortable?
Whatever experiences I had in my past, however uncomfortable.
are not always bad or wrong for me because they've developed me.
So it's it's a difficult conversation, isn't it?

Definitely.
Because we make so many assumptions and that ties into a common belief I've had is just take something simple like walking down the street.
more specifically for my audience, things like being in a meeting.
And some of my clients, they will they're non-native speakers generally.
And I work with non-native speakers because there's a a higher cognitive load if you are working as a scientist, often in English, the second or third language in a different country, you're processing culture, you're processing language.
And you're feeling self-conscious about your accent.
And when you look across the the boardroom, table or whatever meeting room.
And you see people's faces and you're reading, Oh, disapproval, criticism.
In actual fact these people could have just had lunch and have indigestion.
