And I think I see this in clients who have a conflict within a team and they say, Well
I this is my perspective and I can see my boss or my teen colleague is is this way and this person is that way.
They can see it and they say but I know they can't change.
I know they can't change whatever process, whatever person's behaviour, they just are and I just have to accept.
So they've very cleverly
seen their perspective, seen the company or the department perspective, seen the individuals, but rather than having a conversation,
then they're saying, and that's just the way it is.
And the problem with that is that person involved is we're believing that person can't change, or that we're assuming that the process and the company can't change.
And that I think is where we then say, Okay, I've seen it from our perspective and I've decided that it can't change.
That's where we're keeping ourselves stuck.
And what I w witness in larger companies, so I'm still teaching as well as coaching.
And some of the bigger companies I work for.
It it's interesting seeing the dynamic of teams.
Um, I've had a few companies recently who have been separated or taken over.

taken apart and the the problem for the the employees who are still there.
Lack of communication, lack of understanding, lack of the management, understanding and listening to the people below them, and the amount of fear in people that
At some point we can't say anything to this person who's causing a problem because they are connected to this person.
There's a lot of I think underground sort of Yeah.
And it's a real shame.
